In July 2009, Alvarez & Marsal was engaged to perform an efficiency review of Maricopa Community Colleges in Tempe, Arizona. With the overarching goal of improving student success and satisifaction rates, A&M elicited extensive feedback from students, faculty, the community, business leaders and four-year institutions to complete its assessment.
