Alvarez & Marsal North America was founded in 1983, when Tony Alvarez II and Bryan Marsal recognized the opportunity to provide radically different advice and hands-on support to organizations facing operational and financial hurdles – situations demanding action, objectivity and real results.

With a bias toward action, we work with management, boards and stakeholders to not only develop plans to affect measurable and sustainable change. As a privately held, owner-operated firm, Alvarez & Marsal is free from the conflicts of traditional audit-driven businesses, so clients can be assured that they will receive objective and independent advice.
