Jeff Paradowski

With more than 20 years of experience, Mr. Paradowski has helped clients understand and apply emerging technologies to solve business needs, as well as worked to transform the IT function into a strategic capability and competitive differentiator. He has worked with clients across various industries, including health care, telecommunications, media and entertainment, financial services, aerospace and defense, high-tech and automotive.
Mr. Paradowski’s notable assignments include multiple efforts to support remediation and optimization of large transformational programs at Blue Shield of California and enterprise architecture work for Pacific Gas & Electric. His most recent work includes the implementation of enterprise strategy and architectural governance at Blue Shield.
Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Paradowski served as Vice President at Hitachi Consulting in their strategic technology solutions practice. He delivered a broad range of solutions to a portfolio of Global 1000 clients that included DIRECTV, Sony, Warner Bros., Paramount, Toyota, Raytheon, Northrop Grumman, Chevron, Wells Fargo and Union Bank of California.
Previously, Mr. Paradowski worked with Hewitt Associates and Amoco Oil Company, designing and developing customized systems to support emerging market capabilities and mission critical business functions.
Mr. Paradowski earned bachelor’s degrees in applied data processing and business operations management from Northern Illinois University.
