Marc Morrison

With more than 30 years of management experience, Mr. Morrison brings deep expertise in supply chain evaluation and optimization, including supply chain strategy, merger integration, and technology implementation. He has led numerous transformation programs and often works with clients in the energy, industrial, and consumer products and distribution sectors.
Recently, Mr. Morrison led a performance improvement project for an independent mid-stream client that resulted in the identification and implementation of cost reduction initiatives representing more than 15 percent of all impactable costs. Established to execute on identified initiatives, the savings program achieved 60 percent in net recurring savings within the first 90 days and line of sight to the total.
Prior to that, Mr. Morrison led a comprehensive performance improvement project that delivered a 15 percent recurring reduction in operating and maintenance costs and a 50 percent reduction in working capital. This was accomplished through procurement, operations and maintenance, and general and administrative expense reductions.
Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Morrison spent ten years with Cooper Industries, serving as Business Process Manager and implementing global leading practices for the company in the procure-to-pay and plan-to-produce areas.
Mr. Morrison earned a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from Purdue University and an MBA from Syracuse University. He is an APICS Certified Supply Supply Chain Professional (CSCP).
